Barcelona, Spain | June 12, 2026 - Shoptalk Europe Barcelona 2026 closed out at Fira Barcelona Gran Via, and Experro left with a pipeline that outpaced even its strong Shoptalk Spring showing.
Across three days at booth #T36, Experro at Shoptalk Europe sat down with hundreds of retail decision-makers, brand executives, and eCommerce leaders.
Billed as Europe's largest annual event on retail innovation and, by reputation, Europe's biggest industry party; the Shoptalk 2026 Europe edition brought together retail's boldest leaders to reimagine how tomorrow's consumers will discover, shop, and buy, both in-store and online.
If Las Vegas confirmed that the AI exploration phase was over, Shoptalk Barcelona confirmed something sharper: leaders aren't just ready to adopt AI eCommerce solutions, they're ready to move now.
Europe's Greatest Retail Show Skipped the Warm-up
There were no "what is AI and can it help us?" conversations at booth #T36.
The brands that walked up to Europe's greatest retail show came with budgets approved, timelines set, and specific problems they needed solved this quarter.
Replatforming decisions that used to sit in committees for a year were being scoped right there on the show floor.
The pace caught the team off guard in the best way. Where Shoptalk Spring conversations often started with discovery, Shoptalk Europe conversations started at evaluation of the best search platforms.

The clearest signal from the eCommerce conference Barcelona 2026 was the calendar. By day two, the team was scheduling follow-up calls with prospects.
