Justrae is a fast-growing, digital-native fashion brand built for the trend-conscious generation. Built on Shopify, it drops hundreds of new styles every week, from bold brights and Y2K co-ords to elevated everyday basics, curated to reflect what’s trending right now.
With over 1,500 SKUs live at any moment and a mobile-first audience that expects fast, seamless discovery, Justrae delivers more than products. It creates a fashion experience that feels fresh, inspiring, and effortlessly shoppable. It is designed to keep pace with how today’s consumers browse, shop, and express themselves.
The Challenges
Outdated Search Logic: Justrae’s search engine couldn’t keep up with how fashion-savvy shoppers actually browse. It relied solely on keywords which failed to understand targeted queries like “red office outfit” or interpret visual cues like whether a dress looked formal. Without semantic or image-based understanding, relevant results were often buried, leading to drop-offs and missed conversions.
Zero Personalization: Returning shoppers were met with the same generic feed with no recognition of what they viewed, liked, or added to cart. Without tailored product suggestions, every visit felt like starting over, leading to lower engagement, fewer repeat purchases, and missed revenue opportunities.
Static Merchandising: Their collections moved fast, but product rankings didn’t. The system lacked awareness of what was trending or who was buying—causing high-demand items to get buried.
Lack of Smart Recommendations: Shoppers were shown items that felt random and disconnected from their journey. Instead of surfacing complementary styles or trending pieces, the system pushed static recommendations that failed to inspire, guide, or increase cart size at critical moments.
Mobile Friction: Justrae’s shoppers were mobile-first, but the experience wasn’t. Filters felt clunky, PDPs loaded slowly, and key product info appeared too late. For fast-scrolling users with high expectations, this led to shorter sessions, higher bounce rates, and missed conversions.
We didn’t just fix discovery.
We turned it into our most valuable growth lever!
Experro completely changed how our customers find and shop products. What used to be a frustrating search bar is now one of our biggest revenue channels. It gets fashion, it understands what people mean, what they’re looking for, even when they don’t say it perfectly. We saw a 3.4x jump in revenue from search, AOV went up, and returning shoppers started converting like never before. Honestly, it feels like we hired an entire growth team without actually having to. It’s been a game-changer.
